My stay at the hotel was nice, with a room that had a nice view, albeit a bit small for a Marriott. The room had unique walls that were not solid and felt a bit old. The service was top-notch, especially when I lost my parking card; everyone was so friendly and helpful. However, the location was not the best considering the parking cost and distance from restaurants, but it did offer a beautiful view. The dining experience was very good, like in any lower-star hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service.
The hotel is conveniently located just off the A7 highway via Prinz Eugen street, making it easy to arrive by car. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with the only drawback being the location of the power socket at the dresser. The service was fantastic in ensuring a quiet room away from noise, although not all aspects were customer-oriented. The dining experience offered a lot of variety and was delicious, but slightly extended hot meal options would be welcome. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the main station and main shopping street in Linz. The facilities are well-maintained and include dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops, welcome drink, and pet amenities. Pricing was reasonable overall.
